a war

a war has been started.
it wasn't of our asking.
we cannot help but be who we are,
us, this nation of immigrants, our nation,
a reflection of our world.
collectively.
such diverse cultures,
gathered under the umbrella of freedom,
is the development of our nation.

our nation, and our freedom,
are a light on this earth.
as are other nations, under freedom,
are under the same collective umbrella of light.
which is freedom.

this war was brought on america by an evil willing to dictate
the lives of mankind to their religious beleifs.

that would take the lives of innocent souls
into a perversion of god.
that would sacrifice the future for the past.
an evil willing to kill children to stop evolution.
an evil that must be fought.

i have a question for those who sacrifice life for death.
those that take life for their beleifs, god, or the world...
aren't we all taught?

i can write this with an unwavering hand...
the truth in the spirit is free of contamination
of the fear of man of death.

all faiths, all religion, all gods, are based on the afterlife.
on what we beleive or are taught.......of our souls.

for we so fear our ends,
that we make up our destinations.

fear of death

my, my, my, said the spider to the fly. are we talking life after death here?
lets take it one step at a time.
the universal and constant fear for everything alive is death.
its called instinct.
fear of death is fear of the unknown. and death is unforgiving.
life is always precious to anything alive,
but all things alive die. its a fact jack.
every where in the universe.
fear of death is universal. there is no life in creation that does not fear death.
there is no escape. in creation. from death.
the end of a mortal life is not the end of an individual's existence.
a mortal life is not confined by flesh, it is confined by the soul.
what you call personality.
in actuality, the processes of our lives are a progression of our individual evolution to an understanding of ourselves.
how we understand ourselves determines our fear of death.
or, to put it another way, where we go when we die.
this is all a lot of fancy talk, but it comes out of a cheap beer can.

whatta trip!

jeeze, i've just discovered the "next blog" button. whoa!
from blog to blog to blog to blog. each a window to a person's life.
from the oriental teenage girl blogs with the tiny mishapen different
colored letters and the "valley girl" dialog and the teddy bear
backgrounds talking of the new possessions they desire,
to the guy that started a blog to run down the chat room at court tv.
he thinks the people in the chat room have a conspiracy against him.
he complains that they don't stay on the subject of lacy peterson
for more than 2 minutes. here is the kicker. he's serious! that fuckin
chat room is his life!
to the young person who feels so alone, whose words are
painful to read.
to a woman who suffered a tragedy in life, a loss of people loved,
and writes beautiful words and is funny.
so many windows into so many souls.........
